Shabbat Across America
On March 7th 2008 Temple Israel of South Merrick celebrated Shabbat Across
America with other synagogues. Over 170
congregants filled the sanctuary as they were lead by Rabbi Scott Hoffman
in the traditional Shabbat services.

Purim Carnival
Our annual Carnival. A good time was had by all who attended.
It has been said that it is the best in town.
This year before we read the Magilla we had a pizza party.
Many congregants dressed in costumes and participated in the spirt of the holiday.
